Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Compensation: $25.00 per hour DOE
Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting with continuous improvement efforts related to inventory including but not limited to data entry, organization, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for assisting with improvement projects that will directly and indirectly impact inventory accuracy related to all JB Dewar warehouse sites.
- Responsible for project leadership that include team members who have roles in warehouse and other roles at JB Dewar to improve inventory accuracy & proper warehouse operation.
- Responsible for the data updates of mins and maxes and bin locations.
- Responsible for drafting of inventory and purchasing procedures to ensure that inventory accuracy is attainable including cycle counts and annual inventory.
- Must work closely with purchasing, dispatch, maintenance & sales to assist with buy in of all inventory & purchasing procedures.
- Assists with the bill of materials procedures and processes including, but not limited to, timely entry of bills of materials.
- Assists with the organization and labeling of the warehouse and storage yard to ensure all inventory items have a planned location.
- Assists the JB Dewar Depot team with walk in customer sales and cardlock/propane sales as needed (must be propane certified).
- Responsible for inventory error research.
- Responsible for timely goods receipts.

Qualifications:
- Inventory management expertise
- Past experience in a warehouse environment
- Clean DMV report
- Must maintain a valid class C or better driver’s license
- Possess strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must type at least 30 wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Physical Functions:
- Frequent standing, sitting, bending, lifting, hand and finger movements associated with typing, 10 key and telephone operations.
- Be able to lift 50 pounds
- Near, mid, and far vision
